1. 提升口說能力與自信
在與國際志工互動中，學生有實際使用英語的機會，能提升語言的流暢度與實用性。
在實際交流中練習，有助於克服開口說英文的恐懼，提升口語表達的自信心。
2. 創造真實語境學習經驗
相較於課堂上的模擬對話，與來自不同文化背景的國際志工溝通，能提供真實語境，有效強化語言應用能力。
真實互動能讓學生更深刻體會語言的功能性，而不只是應試工具。
3. 增強學習動機與參與度
任務式學習加上明確的獎勵機制（商品卡），可以提高學生參與意願與持續參與的動機。
完成次數的設定（5次）也具有「可達成性」，利於建立成就感與正向回饋。
